Ordering
There is no minimum order and membership required and can be canceled any time.
You can order by email or at our website with our secure on-line order processing system.
Shipping
Shipping charges may vary from the amount indicated by the automatic shipping calculator since the weight calculated in the website may differ from the actual package weight due to the packaging material.
Important: We reserve the right to add a signature upon delivery requirement to all shipments.
Back Orders
All products are usually in stock and readily available. However, although we are constantly increasing our inventories, it may happen that an item runs out-of-stock. Please advise us you desire the item back-ordered as out-of-stocks are not automatically back-ordered.
Missing / Wrong / Damaged Items
WSCT takes great care in packing orders. Please check the enclosed packing slip against the actual shipment. Any discrepancies or wrong items must be reported within 5 business days after receiving the order. Also, please keep the packing slip as we may request a copy of it in order to double-check the packed items with our own list we have on file. Items are typically checked off on the packing slip and the packing slip is signed by the packer.

Order Discrepancies: Missing items or wrong items must be reported within 5 days after receiving the order. All sales are final after five days.

Damaged Items: If packages are damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 5 business days after receiving the order and also the shipping carrier (FedEx, USPS, DHL) immediately in order to make a claim as we can not take responsibility for damaged packages. We will then file a claim with the carrier.
Limitation of Warranties; Defects
WSCT warrants that goods will conform to their description on your order. This warranty is exclusive. We exclude and disclaim all other warranties related to the goods, their use or failure, including, but not limited to, express warranties and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of any intellectual property right. WSCT shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or injury to business reputation or goodwill, that are caused by, that relate to, or that arise out of any of the goods, their use or failure. If any goods are defective, then your exclusive remedy as a customer shall be (a) WSCT replacement of the goods for no extra charge; or (b) a credit against your outstanding account with WSCT, if any. In no event shall WSCT's liability for defective goods exceed the price of the goods.
If you believe any goods are defective or nonconforming, you must give WSCT prompt written notice of the alleged defect or nonconformity (not later than 5 days after becoming aware of the defect or nonconformity)
Disclaimer
We do our best to offer you only the highest quality ingredients available. We cannot guarantee that any ingredient will be consistent in appearance, color or odor from one batch to another, as this may be within the manufacturer's specifications for a particular product.
Although WSCT tries to be as accurate as possible when describing ingredients and bases, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information that is provided via our website, telephone conversations or email correspondence. It is up to the customer to adequately research the appropriate use and safety information for each item, including any governmental regulations in place for proper usage, labeling and sale.

FDA definition of cosmetics:
The Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) defines cosmetics by their intended use, as "articles intended to be rubbed, poured, sprinkled, or sprayed on, introduced into, or otherwise applied to the human body...for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance" [FD&C Act, sec. 201(i)]. Among the products included in this definition are skin moisturizers, perfumes, lipsticks, fingernail polishes, eye and facial makeup preparations, cleansing shampoos, permanent waves, hair colors, and deodorants, as well as any substance intended for use as a component of a cosmetic product.
How does the law define a drug?
The FD&C Act defines drugs, in part, by their intended use, as "articles intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease" and "articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body of man or other animals" [FD&C Act, sec. 201(g)(1)].
How can a product be both a cosmetic and a drug?
Some products meet the definitions of both cosmetics and drugs. This may happen when a product has two intended uses. For example, a shampoo is a cosmetic because its intended use is to cleanse the hair. An antidandruff treatment is a drug because its intended use is to treat dandruff. Consequently, an antidandruff shampoo is both a cosmetic and a drug. Among other cosmetic/drug combinations are toothpastes that contain fluoride, deodorants that are also antiperspirants, and moisturizers and makeup marketed with sun-protection claims. Such products must comply with the requirements for both cosmetics and drugs.
What about "cosmeceuticals"?
The FD&C Act does not recognize any such category as "cosmeceuticals." A product can be a drug, a cosmetic, or a combination of both, but the term "cosmeceutical" has no meaning under the law.

Privacy
WSCT will not share any customer's personal information in any way with any third party. WSCT does not store any payment information on our site or within customer accounts.
Return Policy
These products are manufactured uniquely for you, No returns are allowed. However, exceptions are made, all returns must be pre-approved. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) use our Contact Us Form on our website. All returned merchandise is subject to a restocking/discard fee of 20% of the original purchase price. If items are returned without prior authorization we reserve the right to discard items with no refund.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from WSCT. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We can not take responsibility for the shipment (i.e. in case of lost packages we will not refund anything and/or re-shipping will be on the customer’s cost). However, we take effort in tracking the package and file a claim and notify the buyer of the outcome.

We offer various payment options including PayPal.
Prices
Although we strive to maintain low prices, they are subject to change due to market fluctuations. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
Reselling
You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
