Cancellation, Reschedule, Late Arrivals Policy

 

We are not making any exceptions to our cancellation/ reschedule policy due to COVID 19 or any other sudden events to prevent rising our prices due to the exorbitant increased prices in supplies. This decision is based on our office's cost to prepare our office for your appointment as all resources for that purpose are not reusable. To keep our prices low, we are trying to reduce costs and unnecessary expenses when all supplies are at least twice or more expensive than a couple of months ago. Without this measure, we will be unable to keep our office running.

Our goal is to provide you the best service. To ensure your arrival, we require a prepaid form.

By booking your appointment, you agree with all our policies, including the appropriate behavior policy, which includes the right to terminate service due to improper behavior or possible threat to the therapist's safety and dignity. Disrespect and inappropriate behaviors are not tolerated.

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, an e-mail two weeks before your booking, another e-mail 48 hours before your appointment, and a text message the day of your appointment. Please contact us immediately if you are missing any e-mails. If rescheduling is allowed for your appointment type, you will be able to reschedule your appointment by following the link in any of the e-mails. Please be aware that some locations that handle different promotions and promotional appointments have other rescheduling/canceling policies. Check the appointment type and contact the right location for questions or concerns. Below you will find the most common rescheduling policies in most of our locations and affiliates.

Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, an e-mail two weeks before your booking, another e-mail 48 hours prior, and a text message on the day of your appointment. If a promotion does not restrict your appointment, you will be able to reschedule your appointment by following the link in any of the e-mails. Please be aware that some promotional appointments have different rescheduling/canceling policies. 

  • Certain promotional appointments are allowed to reschedule once without a fee if requested at least 24 hours prior.

  • Last-minute promotions: rescheduling fee is $25 

  • Groupon deals appointments rescheduling fee is $55

  • Groupon clients: Once you book an appointment, your voucher is redeemed, and we cannot undo it. We DO NOT offer refunds, so please plan your visit accordingly. Similarly, WE DO NOT REFUND OR RESCHEDULE MISSED APPOINTMENTS.

24 Hours cancellation policy 

Wellness and Skin Care Clinic has a 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy.

  • Non-promotional appointments: If you miss your appointment, you are more than 15 min late, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we will retain 50% of the appointment price

  • Promotional appointments: see rescheduling. If you miss your appointment, you are more than 15 min late, cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice refunds are not possible.

If you need to cancel your appointment or make changes to your appointment, you need to follow the link on your e-mail at least 24 hours before your appointment; alternatively, you can notify us by sending us an e-mail. Voice messages ARE NOT a good way to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To receive a full credit towards another service, you need to request it 24 hours before your appointment; and you will receive the credit in the form of a voucher/ gift certificate towards any other service—NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

In case of inclement weather, we will follow Greenville school district decisions. For example, If schools are on 1 hour delay and have an appointment at 8:30 am, we will reschedule your appointment to the earliest time available, and we will continue with our 9:45 am appointment.

 If your appointment is rescheduled, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you receive your rescheduling confirmation e-mail, you can follow the link on your e-mail to select a more suitable time if the one assigned is not convenient.

Announcements on closings and delays will be posted on our website and our Facebook page.

Groupon appointments:

  • August 2018, due to an increased number of clients rescheduling Groupon and Living Social appointments month after month, we are not allowing rescheduling events; this measure is out of respect to other Groupon and Living Social customers.

  • If you have a voucher and you are trying to schedule an appointment before the expiration date is due, please remember:

  • - Booking period expires with your voucher's expiration day. That means that you need to contact us to book your appointment before the expiration day. After that, your voucher will follow Groupon expired voucher policy. Contact Groupon for more information.

  • Groupon Packages: Packages need to be redeemed in full before the expiration date.

These policies are in place out of respect for our therapists and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last-minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.

  • Appointments Packages/ Gift Certificates.

    • We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen code number. Anyone with the code can use it as long the code still valid

    • Redeemable only at the specific location for the goods or services listed on your voucher.

    • Not redeemable for cash.

    • Doesn't cover tax or gratuity.

    • Promotional value can't be combined with other offers.

    • Not re-loadable.

    • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, modification, or trade are prohibited.

    • All services require an appointment.

    • By the purchase of this package or coupon does not guarantee that desired times and days for your appointment will be available.
